Dressing For Chapter

Dressing for chapter can be a pain. I prefer dresses over slacks any day! However that cold weather can make you want to wear sweats everywhere.
          My solution? Tights!
Seriously tights are becoming such a fashion trend. I wore tights to this weeks chapter and I don't know why I didn't sooner!? Here are some of my favorite outfits from Pinterest with tights!
